First up, Black Chicken Remedies new Axilla Deodorant Paste™, £17 is a remedial and chemical free deodorant formulated to neutralise underarm odour instantly and keep you fresh without inhibiting your sweat glands ability to dispel toxins often found in unwanted fat. This seemed wierd at first, applying a deodorant in this way – i mean roll-on or spray is the most common these days, and you certainly don’t go wiping it on with your fingers 🙂
However once past the unusual or should we say unfamiliar concept, this products works wonders. Both myself and my partner have worn this, and it lasts all day as promised even through its not a scent i like myself (as its packed full of essential oils and stronger scents but that’s my personal opinion) – I like it on a guy, and other people! But for all natural deodorant i’m all for that and all for this without doubt!
Next up the Black Chicken Remedies Body Oil, £54 (100ml), Perfect for my ever so dry legs, all year round no matter what i do to them, DRY! So i thought what could I lose by trying this out? This product has a combination of 12 oils providing a remedy for dry skin, a calming effect on the mind and an alluring aroma. Avocado Oil, Rosehip Oil, Geranium Bourbon essential oil, Patchouli essential oil, Ylang Ylang essential oil , Vitamin E oil, Lavender essential oil , Hazelnut oil, Nutmeg essential oil, Coconut oil, Sandalwood essential oil, carrot essential oil. Slathering it on (through the tiniest amount as it goes so far!) I rub it into my dry pins. I cover them up as the oil is so good it doesn’t just disappear like other products, or soak into your clothes, it sits with your skin. fragrant and slick. Hours later its still there, but to a moisture enhancing effect and leaves me with lovely softness, and no need to add more. Not for a couple of days anyway!
